At Old Mill Building Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your masonry and brick projects. If our products do not meet your expectations, you may return unused and undamaged materials within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Securely
Place the unused brick or stone products in their original packaging, ensuring they are properly cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the return label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
